Our buildings can be designed with framed window or door openings to accommodate glass store fronts or access for living space. If you decide to have us manage your construction project, we can provide window and door options from several leading manufactures.
Insulation
Our buildings can accommodate, and we offer many types of insulation systems, with R-Values of over R-40 possible. You’re your building can have a strong thermal envelope which helps reduce long term energy consumption.
Hanger and Barn Doors
If you want to bring in larger equipment or airplanes into your building, we can provide top rolling hanger, barn doors.
These doors can allow a clear opening for ease of access, ensure your equipment or building doesn’t get damaged.
Partition Walls
We can design your building with partition walls already in place, these designs are perfect for multiple tenant buildings or where one half will be living/office space and the other half work space.
Mezzanines and Cranes
Our designs can include mezzanines and the support to add cranes.
Mezzanines are a great addition if you need extra storage or workspace. They give extra floor space without expanding your building’s footprint.
Moving heavy items can be difficult and dangerous. We can provide designs with the structure in place for cranes.
